How to make the small traditional Greek Dishes. The teacher is a private local cook how know all about the Greek traditional dishes. After cooking the dishes will be eaten together with a local drink. It can be a wine or a Tzipouro or Ouzo or whatever you like.

We make a Greek tapas: Mezedes

  1. Tzatziki (yochurt dish)
  2. Feta (greek goat cheese)
  3. Spanakopita (spinach snack in dough)
  4. Baklava
  5. Yemista (filled Paprika)
  6. Greek salade
  7. Keftedakia (special meat balls)
  8. Dolmadakia (filled wine leaves)
  9. Souvlaki (stick with meat)
  10. Tsipouro, Ouzo.
